Little Rowfant WILDERNESS LAKE

One of our largest lakes in the club consisting of 28 Pegs spread out amongst the Rhododendrons and overhanging trees.  Depths average 4 to 5 feet with the lake stream fed from the Road lake next door.

The lake holds a good head of Silvers and larger Bream, but it is the large stock of Carp that makes this venue so popular.  The Carp respond well to your normal baits like, Corn, Bread, Worms, Maggots, Boilies etc (reminder no nuts to be used on all waters).  Whilst the lake can sometimes be challenging 100lb + bags have been recorded in matches.

All fish must be returned to the lake and not retained in sacks or keepnets.  The only exception being authorised club matches. Unhooking mats are a requirement along with a suitable sized landing net (36in minimum) also please carry a Carp care kit.

We boast secure parking with live CCTV MONITORED by our committee members.

NO NIGHT FISHING ON THIS LAKE. DAWN TO DUSK ONLY
